Solving challenges on adequate staffing and skill levels in aged care

8.45am - 10.30am
SYDNEY - Tuesday 3rd December
MELBOURNE - Thursday 5th December

Is the Aged Care Royal Commission causing you to review your current processes?

Solving challenges on adequate staffing and skill levels in aged care is in the spotlight and you need to make sure your organisation remains compliant.

Join us as we present how aged care organisations can tackle these issues around staffing and achieve compliance without compromising care.

During this session, we will:

  • Demonstrate how real-time staff management matched to up to the minute resident/patient demand can ensure safer care.
  • Showcase the value of erostering and how it supports compliance on Standard 7 of the Aged Care Quality Standards: The organisation has a workforce that is sufficient, and is skilled and qualified to provide safe, respectful and quality care and services.
  • Share case studies of  aged care providers who are turning the problem of resourcing around whilst making cost savings.

This event is free of charge. Bring a colleague!
